  1. TOTAL SCAM. I ordered a Singer 4411 heavy duty sewing machine from Sessinae. I received confirmation of my order and tracking information. The package was coming from China, as it turns out, so it moved very slowly and took nearly four weeks to arrive. Yesterday I received the package, but it was not a sewing machine—it was a small package of six disposable masks! I checked the tracking info, and this was indeed the package that was tracked. I have tried to contact Sessinae for a refund and have received no response. This was an expensive mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

    1. OMG!!! This is MY story as well! Here is the Review I posted on another site.

So I was in search for a Sewing Machine, Specifically by singer. Due to Covid, as is for so many, I haven’t been able to work most of this year. The purchase was to serve as learning something new and fun that would also be practical. I couldn’t afford the prices online but didn’t want a cheap one because I wanted it to last SO enter SESSINAE! I found THE sewing machine I was searching for, for almost $100 less. Yes, a flag went off but being short on funds I thought, lets have faith in humanity… This may be real or so I hoped. I also used PayPal to pay cause I knew that if something was to go wrong, I’d get my money back so I jumped in… Second red flag, I thought it was a US company, not sure if I had actually seen that somewhere but then I receive a message that they would need up to two months or so to deliver because it was coming from China. I wanted it NOW and was willing to wait a couple of weeks, but MONTHS!? I tried to cancel but no one responded to my emails hence, a third red flag. Weeks later I still didn’t have a tracking number for my Sewing machine and wrote to no avail. When they finally responded they assured me I’d get a tracking number when they sent the item out and that due to Covid, I should be patient. OK… They would eventually send the tracking info and I followed it daily. It finally arrives about 8 or 9 days after the tracking was sent and its “out for delivery”. I receive a delivery notice and go down to retrieve and the tracking number matching a package in my mailbox, YES MAILBOX was a tiny, soft pouch of about 4X4 inches so yeah… NO SEWING MACHINE! I immediately worked on getting my money back ASAP. I sent pictures of, are you ready? 6 disposable and apparently, very expensive face masks at about $12 a piece. They received notice of my complaint and refund request AND THEN contacted me to apologize and promise to send another. I said NO and demanded they refund me immediately. Mistakes happen all the time but how do face masks get confused for a Sewing machine?

I think this company is a SCAM, I think they get away with stuff like this all the time and I think they should be avoided like the plague. I have pics and order receipt as proof if it’ll help.

I guess its true that if it seems to good to be true, it probably is!

PS. I paid through PayPal but linked it to my Discover so I was immediately reimbursed while they investigate. Hope this helps.

      1. The same almost identical thing happened to me. I too, ordered a sewing machine and never received it, instead, 10 masks, aren’t they generous!!
I put in a dispute to my credit card co. and I got my money back. I told Sessinae I was going to report them to the BBB and said they would resend the machine. To this day I have never received it.
        They are truly a SCAM!!

  2. Paid for a Brother Embroidery Machine and received face masks from China. Tracking was legit but the item was wrong!! Scammmmmm!! Found the site on Google search of Brother Embroidery Machine. Waiting on a reply for a refund

    1. The exact same thing happened to me. I just got a email saying they was going to refund my money. We’ll see if they actually do or not.
It’s definitely a scam in my opinion!

  3. This company Sessinae is a scam and you should not do business with it. I oredered a swing machine–it delivered 4 face masks. I asked for a refund. It offered 2/3 of the money back. I would not do business with this comapny. It is a fraud in my opinion.

  4. This company is bogus! Waited 25 days for sewing machine to come for my daughter’s birthday. Package with tracking number finally arrived and it was disposable face masks. Number is disconnected and I cannot get a hold of anyone for refund. DONT FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID

  5. Same as the others who posted here. I ordered an embroidery machine and got masks. I Just sent a message asking where my order is because that is not what I ordered. Definitely a fraud website, do not order from them!!!

  6. I experience the same thing as others, I ordered a Brothers sewing machine and instead got face masks! I am so mad that I trusted this website.

  7. I ordered a Janome sewing machine for our daughter’s birthday on July 7th. I received a tracking number that I tracked from China to the US and then USPS. What I received today were 10 KN95 masks. I’ve ordered stuff that came from China from other suspect websites and got my merchandise. The tracking numbers matched. I just emailed them and I’m sure they will either not respond until the 30 day return policy is up, or tell me I’ll have to pay to send it back. Who knows if these masks are coated with anthrax or something else. I’m throwing them away. I am quickly losing my faith in humanity. It’s a shame there are so many dishonest people in this world when hard working people are just trying to save a few bucks. Shame on them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS (FAKE) COMPANY!!!

  8. Same experience as all of you. I ordered a Janome easy portable sewing machine for quick fixes, received N95 masks out of the blue. Asked my husband about the masks to which he shrugged his shoulders. Phone number for Sessinae is non-op. Emailed them, and they said to ask neighbours if they had signed for it because logistics said it was delivered. Tracking on those stupid mystery masks (I think I also received about 6) matched the tracking number provided for my sewing machine. Fike charge disputes with your banks and know that this is erearrive.fun/Sessinae’s modus operandi to take advantage of the Covid-19 chaos. They’re doing this to everyone.

  9. Facebook and paypal are not the Better Business bureau. Facebook is just a social networking platform like Tik-Tok and Twitter. PayPal does offer insurance but they don’t vet businesses for legitimacy because they’re primarily a third-party payment system: their purpose is to allow everyone from small business owners and big corporations to independent contractors to send and receive money.

  10. I ordered a sewing machine and received face mask. It’s really a scam. Please be aware and do not used this company. Its fraud and somebody should do something about it.

  11. Ordered a sewing machine but nothing has ever arrived. I send emails every day with screen shots of everything that’s been posted from them.

  12. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!! I ordered a Brother Sewing Machine and after 6 weeks of waiting for the package, 6 face masks arrive!!

  13. The Sessinae is scam totally. I wish I read this page before I placed my order. This is my story:

I placed my order, an overlock machine, on June 27th, 2020 and they sent me a confirmed email.
On 6/29 they sent me a email for tracking No, It shows the machine was shipped from Fuzhou China. Because they said it might takes 20-30 days due to the coronavirus so I just wait.

On 7/23 I found a package in my mailbox, with 10 kn95 masks inside. At first I thought it was not for me, but the name, address and the phone number are correct, I was confused.

Last weekend, I checked the tracking history, it shows the order was delivered in my mailbox on7/24. And then I tried to log in the “sessinae.com”, but it shows there is not my register information. I sent a email to them and no answer. Today I searched “sessinae+scam” and I found this page, I just realized I was cheated.

  14. I Ordered Singer 4432 Sewing machine 7/6/2020 Order was confirmed and tracking number advised, also told it would take 15/25 days to arrive. shipment arrived 8/3/2020 correct tracking number but contained 4 facemasks absolute scam will instruct my credit card company to withhold/ recover payment. I have emailed supplier asking for explanation. not anticipating a reply

  15. I received two 5-packs of face masks instead of two sewing machines I ordered. My bank is now in the process of disputing the charge to my Visa card.

  16. I received the wrong item after 7 weeks. Came from China. Instead of a $120 item, I received a package of 5 face masks. They will not return my e-mails to them. Evidently a scam which I have read and seen in other complaints.

  17. Agree with all of these responses. However not sure how we would get our money back. If anyone knows please let me know.

  18. I ordered a Janome DC 5100 sewing machine on 7/1/2020 on my Visa debit card ending in #3071. The $69.15 was pd on 7/2/2020. The order # is 12647. I never received the sewing machine. I want my product or my money back now.

  19. Yes they just take your money and send you whatever they want to send you for less money because I asked for a laundry and I got some other type of crap that I didn’t even order so everyone read the comments before you even go on its website and buy anything

  20. It’s a scam! I ordered a janome sewing machine. I got 5 white masks. I wrote the company and complained. The “reshipped” the sewing machine. I “watched” it travel to my town. The got lost. I called the shipping company… No tracking number exists. What a mess. I have messed with this company for 2 months… All for aggravation.

  21. What we can do to get our money back? My sewing machine never arrived nor the money. If anyone knows how we can get the money back? We trust this company and I realize by investigation the address they gave us is home address and the phone number is fake. If this is not a scam then what is it?

  22. I also ordered the sewing machine and received face masks not my sewing machine . I have had several emails between them and me and they said they sent it and keep giving me the tracking number which they say is foe the sewing machine but according to the post office the envelope they sent was less than an once with that tracking number I know for certain that the weight of a sewing machine is much more than an once . Total scam

  23. They did the exact same thing to me! TOTAL SCAM! The website of the company I bought from was not sessinae and had a USA address. But when the charge went through (the next day!) it said sessinae on the bank statement. I only received a mask when I paid for a sewing machine. They said it was a warehouse mix up. Same exact scam I have seen mentioned above. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The had a different lie every time I wrote to them.
