I was brought to electlo.com by clicking on a link for a 23qt pressure cooker. It appeared in the shopping results on the first google SERPs page. The price was good and unlike other shops, electlo was not sold out of this product. So i placed the order through paypal. When I clicked "return to merchant" after checking out, it brought me back to electlo.com, but the site had changed - now electlo.com sold hand bags.I could not find the product I was that I had just ordered, from their website!
Contacting related@electlo.com is useless - the email address in non-existant. Calling the phone number only gets you "user is busy". I sent a couple of emails to the email address indicated on the paypal invoice to no avail - NO RESPONSES at all. Days later I got a notice saying my item had shipped. "Great!" I thought, assuming I had been overly paranoid. A few days after the 'shipped' notice I tracked the package, only to find that it had "been delivered" to my house. I knew this wasn't true, so I went to USPS with the tracking number. They informed me that the tracking number supplied by the sender (ostensibly from electlo.com) was actually for a package for a completely different recipient. And it was also from a different company - Zherico. So greg pays for a pressure cooker from electlo. Greg gets paypal receipt from an unresponsive seller that in no way is visibly connected with electlo. Cannot find product on electlo again. Package intended for greg is shipped and delivered to someone else from a company - Zherico - that is not electlo.
Zero responsiveness. Zero transparency.
Opened dispute with paypal resolution center. Waiting to hear back from them and/or the seller.
