I'm sure this is a scam. I ordered a doll with the set of clothes. I received one ugly doll dress. The seller admitted that it was a mistake and after tons of email back and force she offered me $5 back. I paid $29.98 total. Too bad, I haven't check this site before I buy something from them. When investigation started, they answered that they sent a merchandise and everything is ok. Never ever buy from this seller.

I ordered a doll. Never got on order number . The cost of the doll was charged to my account. I need to know what the status is.
I ordered a beautiful doll for my granddaughter with a complete wardrobe for $29.99 plus almost $10.00 in shipping. What I received was an ugly cloth "doll" with no wardrobe. The phone number doesn't work so immediately sent an email that included a picture of the doll I received. The email I got back said my package had been returned due to damage and they were sending out the correct one. Don't worry, you'll get it. I do not trust nor want anything this company sells. I don't trust them and no one else should either. My credit card company is my next call.
