Mine came and it is 5" in diameter. What a scam! Still waiting for their answer about refunding it. At least I got an email confirming the delivery. When I got it I couldn't figure out what it was?? I feel so taken!

It's a complete scam - you get a little hand-held 'toy' stove - nothing like the pictures. Their website says it's dimensions are 11 inch diameter - it's 5 inches across and the size of a small cereal bowl. DO NOT BUY

***DO NOT BUY***. According to my invoice I ordered a "Large FIrepit" but I also received tiny 4" stove .. I queried this with them via email but apparently this is what I ordered. Trying to get refund but looks like I have to pay around 10USD for shipping
Yeah it's a scam. Just like other chinese companies with nice social media ads. They send you the wrong product and then offer a very small refund or you have to pay return shipping. They don't do anything to send you the correct product or to make sure you are 100% satisfied like the website says. It's all a big lie, DO NOT BUY.

Yes, same experience here, and when I complained, they asked that I send photos of the product I had received, to which they relied that I did have the correct product and should have read the NON-EXISTENT small print regarding the product specifics! Do not buy unless you want a very small firepit/stove- great if you’re one foot tall and not very wide.
BEWARE... Not as Advertised or Pictured! Pictures are of Solo Pit Fire selling for just under $300!
