Thank you for sharing this info. Fullioboots caught my eye. I searched for reviews to find none.....hence rather than being a possible buyer, I am more probably just going to look and leave. Shoes look and sound fabulous. I’ll come back and take a look again in 6 months.
Shoes looked so good and well designed. Bought a pair, they look like the website, but the quality is less than I expected.
I bought the shoes and love them so far. They are truly the most comfortable shoes I have had.
That being said, I will try to report back as to their quality (how they last). They appear to be well made and look great. I am considering buying another pair.
Just a follow up note... they did take a long time to receive, so apparently they are very slow on shipping.

Fullio shoes is a scam - buyer beware - they run extremely small (foot length wise) and they only except returns if the shoe is damaged or you receive a different size than ordered. If you receive size ordered but do not like or NEED a different size they do NOT accept exchanges or returns. BUYER BEWARE.
I've just initiated the return process. I will update as I progress through the process. Hopefully, it doesn't get messy. It's a little disconcerting that right off the bat, a customer has to meet certain criteria for 'review' in order to receive Return Procedures and information. The response was rapid to my initial email to begin a return.
I had to take pictures of the product (I took 4 at different angles). I always save a copy of the page I order from with any picture representation of the product and a saved screenshot of my confirmation of order number and payment. These I had to attach to the email as well. There is an unnecessary length of time to complete the transaction in my opinion as it is just that much longer my money can be used by the company than I can.
I was really disappointed in the quality of materials used or not included in the final product. the material was then stiff plastic type with no padding around ankle as shown and finish wrapping and stitching was amateurish. Too bad, for the price, they looked like a decent deal. I wish I could get those!!
I finally received my fillip pots but they are too small. No return information came with boots. No size is indicated on boots For the price they not made as expected.

These are fake.. They are not leather.. there is no inner support foot bed. It is an insert that has no padding. It is not anything that would support arch or sole of your foot.. There name FULLIO is no place on this boot.. Bottom of shoe, inside shoe anywhere... The size is not accurate. I bought a larger size which is smallerbthen my regular size... It came package in a plastic envelope... With no FULLIO BOOTS NAME on Package... And just someones name as in a private retailer. This was not on their website... When I emailed them it came back as NO SUCH ADDRESS... when I phoned them THERE WAS ONLY A VCM. & ANSWERING PHONE DID NOT ANSWER AS CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR ANSWER WITH ANY FULLIOBOOTS MENTIONED ON ANSWERING MACHINE.. JUST LEAVE A MESSAGE.. which I did. NO RETURN CALL EVER. I FOUND ANOTHER NAME SITE FULLIO BOOTS WAS UNDER. SOMETHING other then the last site. There was an email. I wrote they replied with bunches of excuses. Even one that said they were handmaking them for exceptional quality.. lol.. Then gave me tracking number. (Which I had to get a Ups tracking app... ) The email was signed by Jetty Hailey( or similar) with customer service number. Which was exact number as the one I had.. I called.. well same recording.. I left another message.... I then emailed them again.. and asked WHERE ARE MY FULLIOBOOTS!.. I Received another tracking from Ups... Well On February 15th 2021 they arrived.. I opened envlope and there they were!!! Yes similar look.. until I took them out ti discover they had ni qualityvto them at all.. No name inside or out.. etc. Just as I described in the very beginning of my message here on this site.. I believe the only reason they sent something was because I confronted them. And basically said they chose the wrong person to scam!! Yes I am persistent & will follow thru.. with my bank in fraud dept. And BBB to report them. Plus where I can post to make others aware of fraud.. I had 3 companies who scammed me this holiday season (2020).. I do not know how they di this to people.. take their money then send them fake products!! Call me naive, I guess. I call it too trusting. A valuable lesson learned, but they chose the wrong person to scam. I am persistent and will follow thru anyway possible to put them iut if business and to get caught... Sincerely, CMB

I too have been scammed by this bogus company. I refuse to be a victim. I reported it to the BBB. I will seek legal assistance as well. The quality is lacking to say the least and they should be banned from selling anything. I will also call my local news station who has a department solely dedicated to resolving issues such as this one.

First saw there boots on Instagram and thought they looked really cute so ordered them.
When they arrived they were so ugly and cheap, don’t try to return they make it next to impossible. I use them to do yard work, but not even good for that as they are not comfortable.
Will never buy from Instagram ads again. Super disappointed 👎🏻

Don’t bother! Their claims of customer satisfaction are false! They don’t even reply to attempts to contact them. The reply says that the email does not exist. I ordered 2 pairs and the boots were so small, that I couldn’t even get my foot in!

They took my money too! Is there a way they can be reported. I kept receiving the same email saying they received my order and gave me a tracking number. But each time I asked for status of delivery date I either received a message that my message was not delivered because there was no such address or I'd receive the same message they sent saying thank you for my order.

Yes & they were way too small. Now, I get no refund of returned boots because I didn’t send a photo in advance, even though my attempts to contact them using their own form were denied (email was not recognized). FALSE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CLAIM!!

I placed an order on December 10 and they charged my account on the 11th. A confirmation with an order number came, but no phone number or tracing information. I contacted Follioboots direct with the order number, and they have no record and no idea who the company is that took the order. This is a scam. I am out $90.45. I will never buy via Facebook again. This is the second time in 3 months this has happened......all through Facebook. My credit card company was good enough to debit my account for the first order, but how can I explain it happened again? I'm sure they wont this time. NEVER again will I place or order via Facebook again.
