wearfelicity is a total scam i order a necklace for my wife of her father who pass away i order on 11-7-2020 they email an order number 163321 and it said they would be emailing me a tracking number once my order was shipped I haven’t hear nothing else from them ive email them twice and have got a response back yet dont order from them there also go by other name I later found out

Because these orders are fully custom, manufacturing can take up to 25 business days from the day the order was placed. Once your order ships you will be emailed tracking information. Shipping can take 3-5 business days for domestic orders, and 8-18 business days for international orders. If you have any other questions please let me know!
I ordered a necklace on November 5th and on December 5th it said it shipped but it’s now December 16th and USPS says it is still awaiting the arrival of the package. I was told by a wear Felicity rep. That it’s USPS fault for not scanning the package. Even if the package wasn’t scanned it still would be shipped and arrive just without tracking info. It’s been 11 days. It doesn’t take 11 days to ship from Illinois to Ohio. I’m starting to think the shipping label was created to make me think it was on his way and that if it never arrived it was USPS fault. Maybe the necklace was never made and it is a scam. The order number is 160275.
I ordered a custom heart necklace on 11/17/2020. order number is 185016.
I was told it would take 14 days for production and then was moved to 25 days. I have reached out twice to the email the company has provided with no response. I am convinced this company is a scam!
I ordered a necklace on November 2. I received an email after I checked out that said it could take ‘up to 30 days’ to ship, but even then it was posed as though that would be unlikely.
On November 16, I received an email that they were almost finished with my order and that it would be shipped out in 1-5 business days.
19 days later, I finally received notice that my order was in pre-shipment (shipping label had been printed).
On December 9 (37 days after I placed the order), I reached out to customer service, as the package was still in pre-shipment and had not even been dropped at the facility. I received no response.
I sent another message 2 days later on the 11th. No response. I sent another message on the 14th. No response.
Everytime I opened up the messenger window, it would say ‘back on December 9th.’ Then I’d check on the 9th, and it would say the 10th. That happen for about 7 days.
I finally received a reply on December 16, when the order had finally been taken to the carrier facility. The customer service representative said that my order would be there in a week on December 21 (49 days after I placed my order). The rep did not address the fact that they had not responded and closed our conversation after I asked for a refund.
I reopened the conversation and again asked for a refund, as the order was extremely late, I was continually misled and it took a week to hear back from customer service.
The rep responded that they do not do refunds for those reasons.
Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money. Such a painful experience.
I didn’t receive any information from them and have tried contacting them. They were quick to charge my credit card when I made the purchase. I might as well through my 40$ in the garbage and lit it on fire. It’s been well over a month
