The items ship directly from China, not some US warehouse, and most items are pre-order, so it can take a good 3 months before you get your items. Once I ordered but never received the product. A simple query through PayPal’s dispute center got me the refund. One other time I ordered the wrong item and wanted to change my order. They cancelled the order instead of just updating it, and I had to order again. I reluctantly do business with them because of my daughters’ interest in the YouTube channel.
