  1. Had Orby TV 1.5months, Local channels were grainy and kept getting ‘902’ notifications on the Screen. After being on the phone with 3 different people, Im told that the local antenna is undersized and still in the upper echelon to figure out the details. Now they want me to furnish the TV antenna and fork over another 80 Bucks for a service call! Why wasn’t I informed of this during the initial install! and to charge me an additional 80.00 is ludicrous. Unless you know about cable, i’m an ex AT&T employee, You better run the other way! It depends on your install location. I live in a open area, No trees to block the signal, It’s a fustrating lesson that their not going to tell you. Is it worth it? Not for the light hearted.

  2. orby tv sucks I have a problem paying bill every month. Everyone I speak with assures me that problem is fixed. The next month same thing. Worst thing is when I call the wait time is usually 30 minutes only to get the same answer. The service is not that great and useable channels are very limited. Any little disturbance cuases loss of service even momenterilly that is disturbing. Certainly not worth it.

I ordered equipment with self install on Jan.02 2021…I have not gotten anything except a thankyo email….I have enquired as to where the equipment was 3 times isnce and have NOT gotten a response. I am beggining to feel like I have been ripped off due to no contact…..I will soon file a complaint if something does not change..like by the first of the week.
