I am appaled by magic ocean box. I ordered some beautiful thin Coton gloves in green and purple. When they arrived is a chunky knit pair in mustard yellow. I provided both photos that show no sinmilarity. They say I can return it but need to cover my own international postage. They are taking no responsibility. Totally shoddy….
I ordered a midi length, short sleeve, pocket, V neck dress (butterfly print), on sale for $39.99. l received a sleeveless, round neck, no pocket, above the knee top/tunic. The only thing right was the butterfly print. I contacted them; first they offered to give me a 10 percent refund & l could keep the merchandise. I responded that was not acceptable to me. They then told me that l could return the merchandise for a full refund but l was responsible for the return shipping. I let them know the return shipping is their responsibility because l received the wrong merchandise. I am still waiting for the return information/address. I had indicated that l still wanted the dress l had ordered; no response on their part about sending it.
I ordered 5 items they arrived 4 were very poor quality but 1 item was totally different from what I ordered it was a horrible cheap pink jumper. They offered me a 15% refund and keep the item. I refused so they said I could return it but it would cost over £10 and take a month they offered a 20% refund.
I have refused this and am waiting to hear.

Got scammed from there recently, items came 2 weeks later from China. Barely close the items I purchased, horrible and sad knock offs. They responded to my compl6stating I need to ship back and then they’ll refund money. But they give a bizarre address in China which will cost $40-$60 that I will have to pay. Luckily I used PayPal and they reimburse return shipping costs…but other option is to file a dispute claim with PayPal. But yes total sham company.
POOR SELLER / COSTLY RETURNS – Credible sellers accept returns when their shipment is in error, defective or was not properly represented and a credible seller accepts that responsibility by providing return postage. Our product received was a Printed Cotton (their image 0922) – Not the advertised Knitted Long Sleeve Cardigan. Our product received has WHITE and black (their image 0923 and 0921) – the Knitted Long Sleeve Cardigan photo does NOT have white. The product we received had changed AFTER the photos were taken and was a cheap version of what was represented. We provided this misrepresented information along with our photos. While we were given return info, there was NO FREE RETURN Return postage for their false advertising. . If paid by the customer the return cost was 63% of the purchase price. DON’T BUY FROM A CHINA FIRM!

This would be the worst rip off scam I have ever seen. I also ordered the V neck dress and received an above the knee top. Another dress I ordered in a large is more like an extra small. Items were advertised as linen but are clearly cheap cotton. I will be putting this all over facebook as that is were I saw their advertisemet.
I ordered what I thought was hand made items, what a rip off! Not only were the items not as pictured, they were a completely different material. And no refunds since it took over 30 days for it to reach me. Hate this shop, SCAM SCAM SCAM, run away!

I have to agree with all of the negative reviews above. The item I received I a piece of printed cheap fabric, not a knitted sweater. If I return it to china it will cost more than the refund. The item cost 53$ and return shipping cost 58$. They offer a refund of$10.60 of I don’t return the item. PayPal was not helpful. They said to return the item. I requested either a total refund or replacement of the item with the one advertised. Do Not buy from here. It’s a scam!!!!
I bought a jackrabbit that is total crap. Horrible fabric, color not as shown, and poorly fitted. In order to get a refund I need to return it to China.
Total ripoff
I ordered a jacket xl and what was sent was marked xl but I doubt even a med could fit into it. Of course I found if I wanted to return for a full refund I had to send it to China even though it was shipped from California.
