  1. Ordered Liberty Lift July 14, 2020 and went into status site but the site was down. Claim is that it was shipped and billed to us but it never arrived. Tried calling that listed phone number but get no answer. Is it just a scam?

    1. Thank you for your feedback. I was about to order but now I think I will try going to a local hospital supply place instead.

  2. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
i Placed my order 8/26/2020 and I called to check my order at 11:03am and was on hold then my call was dropped! Then at 11:04 am on 26th of September 2020 your representative did not identify himself; he just answered hello! I asked if it was Liberty Lift and he replied yes. He then asked for my last name and zip code placed me on hold then told me my order was back ordered on the 21st. I asked for his name, he said Dawn and spelled it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was disconnected again! I called back and on hold for 10 minutes, spoke to Candice who answered the same way!!! was denied when asking to speak to a supervisor! My call was dropped Again!!!
I ordered my product 1 month ago. I paid and the payment cleared my bank. When I called I was pleasant and gave a nice greeting even though I did not know who I spoke to! WOW Everyone has a bad day but to be disconnected (just hung up on! THE NERVE!) I am very dissatisfied with the call center that is representing you, At least 2 members of their staff are rude, insufficient and should be fired! I AM A FORMER CALL CENTER EMPLOYEE and I personally took pride in my job!
I AM APPALLED AND OFFENDED BECAUSE EMPLOYEES LIKE THEM GIVE CALL CENTERS A BAD NAME! I hope you are able to pull these calls and deal properly with them!
I PLAN REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!

  3. It’s from “Bell & Howell” But not the Bell & Howell many of us remember from school on the movie projectors or home movie projectors. That company is no more. The name was bought by a Chinese company that produces cheap junk under that name. I’ve yet to see a review for any of their product that was positive. I’m a little concerned about this product. It appears to be a very hard, brittle plastic. It could break and cause either or both people to fall, not to mention the risk of getting cut by sharp edges. I’d go to a reputable source and stick with the well known brands of health aids.
