I believe I have been scammed. Here is the evidence (screenshots provided):
I made an order through http://www.Nukadepart.space that appears to sell Liberty brand kayaks (pic: fake liberty kayak site).
I received a confirmation order on 12 July 2020 (pic: Bogus order confirmation)
I also received an email titled “Welcome to Lifetime” with a password and Id to view orders.
The link took me to page to login, but it never worked.
I tried the actual lifetime Brand Kayak website, and there the PW did not work, and when I requested PW, the email requested I create an account, in other words, no account existed. (email sent for new PW, Lifetime Kayak response for bogus PW ID).
I received an email from Paypal stating the kayak had been delivered, providing a tracking number for USPS: available upon request.
When I put the tracking number into the USPS tracking app for the 50 pound Kayak, it shows it was delivered on the 9th of July 2020. Impossible. I ordered on the 9th of July, and received the order confirmation on the 12th of July. (pic: USPS Tracking).
I did request a refund, but have received no email in response. (pic: Email requesting refund).
To date I have not received the kayak, or a response from the vendor.
I have filed a complaint with Paypal, which is currently pending.
