Hi. I’ve ordered too. My confirmation went to junk mail. I received a tracking number for Royal Mail which is unrecognised. Numerous messages to ask them to confirm the track number was right. They can’t answer the question. Told them to use the link to confirm this. Still nothing. They say instead of the normal 2-3 days now expect 7-10 days for delivery. I don’t mind that but as I can’t track the item it’s really got me wondering whether to just cancel,PayPal. .

Im having the same problems as all 3 comments above.
My thoughts are that while they are based in Manchester, the goods are sent from abroad somewhere, lve not had 1 comment reply stating someone received their items in less than 2 weeks. This in itself is a scam as they promise 2-5 days delivery but never do, they send an email out saying there has been a delay.
Im assuming these are cheap items from China…
I ordered, terrible products cheap quality, I ordered the largest size, a size 8 would have struggled to get it on. Unbeknown to me the payment went through Klarna – big mistake! Conturve say they will refund me – Klarna will not – I am now going through a chargeback
Beware anyone is interested in Human rights violations and Chinese dominence in manufacturing. All conturve products are made in China. I was misled because of the union flag logo on its website.
I have done a bit of digging here as my wife has been waiting a while for delivery. The address of the Company in Manchester seems to be a building which other companies work out of, including Public Desire Ltd, an on line shoe firm. One man is a director (with others) of both companies.

Purports to be a female led Company…………not sure about that.
Anyway thought I would post this as have been waiting for the delivery of ordered items, have been given a Post Office tracking number 5 days ago which still hasn’t been recognised by the Post Office.
Strange there is no contact number for the firm on their website or social media posts….
I’ve had absolutely no problems with this company. Ordered and received with, as stated before, delays.
I ordered the wrong size for bra and pants and they refunded me next day but did not require the goods returned!! That was strange but a bonus. I assume as the goods would have to be returned to China!!
