I purchased Fulioboots in December. It took well over a month for the boots to arrive. I wore them once and couldn’t figure out why they were so uncomfortable. I looked at the boots closely and discovered they were defective–the inside top of the right boot was folded down inside the boot and sewn instead of standing upright around the ankle. I’ve been attempting to work with the company to return the boots and they are giving me the run-around, despite the defective product. Customer service never answers their phone. They do all correspondence by email and are refusing to accept the return. This company does not stand behind its product.
