It’s a scam. Don’t buy from the website. My order is shipping from China. When I used the contact us screen no one replied. Luckily I used PayPal who protects my purchases. They didn’t ship something to me but I can promise that it is not an 8×8 raised garden bed If it is coming from China. Which the website says they are in Nebraska.
I am also a victim of this scam. BingHui Chen is the name of the Scam artist. He is still receiving email at finishge@outlook.com and complaints@payonlinea.com. Please feel free to join me in emails asking him asking for your money back.

I have an outstanding order 30+ days for a raised garden bed. I too used Paypal opened and placed a claim with Paypal and was denied and a runaround with them PP-D-64651128 not honoring my claim. I have used pay pal for many years and its very unusual they are not charging back on this item.
TOTAL SCAM. I ordered a raised bed for my parents as a gift, but what was delivered from China, with the same tracking number was 3 face masks (labeled as underwear, by the way)! When I track the package through their tracking link, it says “waiting for scan.” It’s not waiting for a scan. It was scanned & delivered as the post office confirmed.
Total SCAM!!
It is a scam I ordered a raised garden bed and I have been tracking it since may 13th. The tracking in formation stopped tracking on msy 14th. There has been no more information since. Do not but from this company
This is a SCAM!! Do not buy from them! I never received the outdoor planter I ordered. I contacted my credit card company.
Scam alert!!! Like Jennifer said I Ordered a raised garden bed from them instead they sent me 3 cheep masks instead. I don’t know if I want them package was opened.
Also happened to me. The scammers name is Chen BingHui. I have been back and forth with PayPal and will not quit until Mr. Chen gives me a refund. If you would like to follow my lead, please copy and paste the following and join me in taking action.
I have taken photographs and saved all my email communications with this charlatan.
This is what I sent to PayPal. I have also been writing Mr Chen directly with very little response.
Here are the facts based on the email communications and photos I have sent.
The website FinishGE.com (no longer available to find on the internet) offered an 8×8 raised garden kit for $61.93. I purchased it.
Immediately after this purchase, I tried to cancel through PayPal as it seemed more and more sketchy.
I was told that the payment had gone through so had to wait to receive the item.
I waited WEEKS.
I scoured the internet and contacted the seller through multiple emails to no avail.
I received a small package from China containing 4 off-brand n95 masks, not a garden.
I was not refunded.
I contacted PayPal and asked for a refund.
I still don’t know why, but the refund amount was set at $4.
I am asking that the ENTIRE balance of my money be refunded ($57.93)
The seller has most recently responded, in my request for a refund, to “wait 1-2 months.”
Here is what I am asking of you: I believe that PayPal has the ability to compel Mr. Chen to refund me the entire amount, in quick order. I have been the victim of his scam and am seeking full recompense.

Check your PayPay payment confirmation. If it indicates the money went to shitou (sz) Tech co.,limited , you have been scammed by an outfit that is operating under the guise of many different names and web addresses, many advertised on Facebook. As the public becomes aware of the scam, they quickly open another “store” with another name, but the same scam. Same thing here! I ordered two items May 8, 2020 and received 3 cheap masks in their place……$115 later. I opened a dispute through Paypal on June 9, 2020 and they have been less than helpful so far. All I can do is wait.
As I can see here, everyone has been scammed by this company. I as well ordered a LESCO spreader from Finishge, received a confirmation email and after 2weeks finally got a tracking number from China. From May 12 – June 16 PKG was in limbo. Finally received “my PKG on July 10 ” No spreader, just 3 mask..smh. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM
PAYPAL IS NO HELP. I ordered a raised bed and they sent me two facemasks! WTF, I brought it up to PayPal who said they were helping, but they closed it without much work. I am out money and I’m dropping my PAY PAL account because of it. I need someone I can trust that if I get scammed, they will actually work to try to resolve it.
I ordered to raise garden planters on May 4th, Still waiting for them. I am guessing my things do not qualify for the 7 to 10 days shipping. I send face masks a couple fo days ago from China.
Have you had any luck getting a refund ? I was also told it would be 1-2 months (unacceptable ! ).. I have emailed a few times the past week and have received no reply at all ! 🙁 P
