I ordered some products but I haven’t received them…. I am checking on my order..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My husband placed an order on Cleanly Pro’s website on July 15 for Lysol wipes and antibacterial spray for $52.00. It was a good price for products in scare demand. Buyers beware—It was too good to be true so it wasn’t ! Payment was made on an America Express card through PayPal. Cleanly Pro sent us a confirmation with a tracking number. When the order didn’t arrive, we checked with the post office and the tracking number belonged to an order which had already been delivered to a different person. So Cleanly Pro was using old tracking numbers as their confirmation numbers. No phone number on the website should be a clue the company is not reputable. We called American Express and they took the fee off our charge and will be investigating the matter.

WARNING! I placed an order through Cleanly Pros com. The order was place over two weeks ago. Payment was made via Pay Pal. As of today (07-31-2020. I have not received my order. Their website has no no phone number to call. There is a “Contact Us” link, which states inquiries will be returned, but no time frame is provided. The account created on their sites states that payment has been received but there is no way to track the order.

Interestingly enough, the Pay Pal history show payment was made to Wines Group Limited for “clothing”. All these things tell me this Cleanly Pros com is not legitimate. Please do not order anything from them. You will simply get ripped off.
